Shipping Policy
How long does delivery take?
Our delivery times are typically 4–15 business days and consist of two phases:
Processing Time: 1–3 Business Days
During this phase, your order is processed, including order confirmation, adjustments, quality checks, and packaging.
Shipping Time: 5–12 Business Days
Shipping time depends on the destination. This is the time it takes for your order to travel from our international shipping center to your delivery address.
Tracking information will be sent to your email once your order has been shipped. Please check your inbox for updates.
Unforeseen circumstances may occur such as natural disasters, unexpected weather, global pandemics that may cause delays beyond our control. Although most packages arrive on time, carriers may occasionally experience delays. Please understand that delivery is beyond our control.
Customer must be available upon delivery for a successful shipment. If an order is not accepted and is returned to us or lost in transit due to an unavailable recipient or an incorrect address, we are not liable, and no refund will be issued.
Wrong Address:
To avoid any delivery delays, please make sure to enter you correct shipping address. Contact customer service within 24 hours upon placing the order and confirm your correct shipping address. Entering correct delivery address is customer's responsibility.
Cancellation policy
Cancellation is allowed within 30 mins after order was placed. Any request sent beyond 2 hours will not be granted and we will continue with the fulfillment. Orders that have been shipped can no longer be cancelled. If you need assistance, please contact our customer support info@tryhealthshop.com.
